The Drömtårta Christmas is as common as the Prinsesstårta to children's birthday parties.

Although Drömtårta, the dream cake, not really a huge demand on the amateur baker, so you should, as a newcomer might choose but only a simpler cake and wait with the jaws of each jelly-roll something because the preparation contains some minor cases.

For the dough Drömtårta one needs only three eggs, 140 g sugar, 40 g potato flour (or cornstarch) 2 tablespoons cocoa and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. For the filling we use 100 grams of butter or margarine, 1 egg yolk, 120 g powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar.

be first beaten egg and sugar with a whisk until the mixture is creamy. The mixture of cocoa, baking powder and potato flour is stirred on the ground and well screened. The well-mixed mass is then spread on a baking tin with well greased baking sheet. The dough is then baked at 250 degrees (convection 200 degrees), only five minutes. The finished dough is immediately pounced on a paper sprinkled with sugar, where you can cool it. If the dough is difficult to solve the greaseproof paper, then this can be spread on the bottom with water.

While the dough cools, it suggests the cream for the filling of the specified ingredients, the butter should be room temperature. When the mixture is cool, it deletes the cream evenly over the dough and rolls it then the typical jelly-roll. Before the Drömtårta can now eat with your coffee, it must only be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
