Directions Zurich - Bern - Spiez - Därstetten. From there take the free shuttle to the ski mountain Ross (1140). With the lift to the mountain station.

Description From the top station and straight up a steep trail to the right through the forest. Now always up on the ridge through meadows and forests to the small plateau on which the Butte Hubel and behind it rises the Niderhore. About this along the ridge to the summit (2061m).
descent as ascent or if snow conditions- back to the first forest and in front of left out of the front Niderhore. Then over beautiful hills south-west to the hamlet Guntelstaldefang and from there across the road downhill to Bolting (823m). From there take a train back to Därstetten.
