Just one day before the Gothenburg Horse Show for four days Skandinavium takes are some of the greatest riders in Europe arrived in the city and around 200 horses have found their temporary stables. You have to get used to the new environment and, like the riders are familiar with the arena and training facilities before they go to the start tomorrow.
Who thinks, however, that the valuable horse transported easily in dim rooms, are mistaken, because each box is designed by the riders and grooms love. At almost every box you will find souvenirs, photos and mascot, which show how close is the relationship between rider and horse.
But even in the arena is studied from morning to night to find activity, as every horse that has to be with fiber-reinforced sand must be distributed evenly, the construction and dismantling of the barriers be tested, as between the different events, only little time is available and must sit from tomorrow every move.
Who has the chance to see the horses in the pits, discovered not only the different characters of individual animals, but also looks like a lot of care and how much contact a horse needs, so that it is willing to trust the rider fully and thus overcomes the fear of the hurdles.
If tomorrow the Gothenburg Horse Show 2011 begins, can experience the audience up close several riders who have won the last Olympic medals, see European champion and fourteen of the leading Swedish rider in the Arena are struggling to half of points, so they can participate in the Show Jumping Championships in September.
